For my job, I chose the parts in the book where Molly talks and thinks about London. Molly is sure that she wants to go back to London so badly, and makes poor choices to achieve her goal. She decides to steal silver from the Torah in the synagogue. I was very relieved when she finally understood that she did not miss London, and decided to stay in New York with her new family. She finally understands that everyone needs to belong to someone. I do wish that the author had included an epilogue, so I could see if Molly leaves New York when she turns twenty-one or not.
